Have a burnham independence boiler. pressure trols were not shutting down boiler on pressure figured pig tails where clog so i cleaned them out. still not working so i swapped out pressure trol and put a tee off the pig tail with a gage so i could see if pressure was building at pressure trol. fired boiler gage off boiler would read 4.5 and gauge below control read nothing. so i swap out gauges maybe that was problem but it wasn't. gauge off boiler is reading any where from 3 1/2 to 5 1/2 and gauge at control is reading .5 at the most can not figure out why this is happen i cleaned out all pipe leading to pressure trol so its not a blockage and controls are all good any suggestions or help would be much appreciated. thanks Eddie

ps this is a residential boiler 140,000 btu i think about 340 sq. ft of steam
