HS Tarm bottom door seal

I purchased a HS Tarm solo 40 wood boiler in 2006. The boiler cement on the bottom door seal will not stand up to the extreme temperatures (2000 degrees plus). It eventually cracks and falls out within 2 months. The company has suggested a gasket between the jacket and boiler body and a gasket and boiler cement between the jacket and door frame. Does any one have any experience in fixing the problem?
