Radiant Cooking (OT) - UPDATE

My wood-fired oven is just getting its final touches.  The structure is built and it will take four days of curing with low heat to break it in.



Cooking by convection, conduction and radiation.
8.33 lbs./gal. x 60 min./hr. x 20°ΔT = 10,000 BTU's/hour

Two btu per sq ft for degree difference for a slab
