in THE MAIN WALL
have a customer changeing from city steam to 95%gas furnaces is there a way to figure a eff. differance between the two  or any possible savings

    Maintenance?

    90% furnace just needs a simple cleaning each season. If there are a bunch, could add up.



    What's the price of steam? What's the price of natural gas?



    I've only 1 time seen someone post how much they pay for district steam and it was high. How are you using the steam now? Fan coils?
