Radiators to baseboard?

A couple of radiators had busted a couple of years ago and how do I go about selecting the proper baseboard radiator to replace them

    Can't mix...

You can't really mix radiators and baseboard in the same heating zone. The radiators are slow to warm up and give off heat for a long time, the baseboards heat up quickly but cool quickly. This will create widely varying temps in different rooms. You can either replace radiators with the same, or create a separate zone for the baseboard runs. Radiators are available used, most plumbers know how to find them. baseboard - talk to the supply houses or go to the big box. Need to do a heat loss calculation to figure out how much you need.

    Or cast iron baseboard

Or... If you are really looking for baseboard you might be able to find cast iron baseboard, new or used.

You need to size the radiators you lost

then match this to the out put of the heat emitter you need. It will not match the heat curve of the cast iron radiators but that may not be an issue. The rooms with the base board will heat fast and cool fast compared to the radiator heated rooms which will be more of a steady heat level.
Cost is what you spend , value is what you get.
