Bosch Tankless Hot Water Heater Problems

I have a Aquastar 125FX that I installed about 4 years ago. With the water off the burner will still try to ignite or a few times I would get no hot water because the unit would try to ignite but the burner would not start to burn. I had one small issue with the micro switch the first year I had it but a adjustment fixed the problem. Now adjusting the micro switch will help but the problem will come back. I did order a micro switch but I am just guessing that is the problem right now. Anyone know how to deal with these units?
