Crown Aruba XL Flame Off and On

I have a Crown Aruba XL Boiler about 17 years old. It ignites, fires for a short period of time (a minute or two), shuts off, they re-fires. It cycles like this constantly until the water is hot enough to be functional. The unit has six zones controlled by zone valves, including one for the hot water tank. I cannot find a site on-line to show the parts diagram or any place to purchase parts. My understanding is that there is a detector somewhere that may be failing and causing this constant re-firing. Any help would be appreciated in finding a diagram and somewhere to purchase parts.

Sounds like
it has spark ignition and either there's a bad ground or the module is bad. This is not a DIY project- try the Find a Contractor page of this site. All Steamed Up, Inc.

flame proving
It should have a flame proving rod on that unit. You will need testing equipment to verify what has failed. Otherwise you will spend alot of money on parts you may not need. I would also suggest you get your gas pressures checked and have the unit serviced. To include a combustion test with analyzer.. I'll take a look through my books but dont believe I have a break down on that unit..you may wish to contact the manufacturer...0
