IFB Combustion Chamber Repair

Hi:
I'm repairing the combustion chamber of a steel, single pass, vertical fire-tube, water boiler. The chamber is in two halves, a 12" ID vertical cylinder, flares at the top to a square. One of the halves is cracked in several pieces. They fit together good, but I need to join them with some type of cement (not furnace cement) so it is strong enough to handle relining with a blanket. Know of a good cement that works? Thanks.
