Thermostate Recommendations

Greetings,
I recently installed a Honeywell RTH6350 thermostat in the second floor of my house to control my A/C and heat. Since installing it, I've notice that the A/C cycles on and off far more frequently than it did with the old LUX thermostat I used to have. I looked through the manual and it appears that this model does not have an adjustable temp. differential. Do any of you folks have a recommendation for a thermostat that does have adjustable diff. and support A/C and oil heat?
Thanks.
