replacement boiler

in Strictly Steam
replacing stm. boiler in home with radiation load of 382 sq ft.  Want to use Utica boiler PEG 150 that has a rating of 375 sq ft. Can I or do I have to go up to the PEG 187 that has a rating of 472 sq ft which is way to much?
