Conditioned Crawlspace?

Has anyone had experience doing conditioned crawlspaces?  Is there a formula for calculating how much supply and return to use?

    A few questions.

    Why would you want to?  What are you trying to accomplish? What's going on above the crawlspace, heating/cooling wise?  Is the ceiling of crawlspace, and walls insulated?  If you could provide a little more info, people would be glad to weigh in.
