hot water loop off steam boiler

Good eve. I am running a hot water loop off a steam boiler using the coil. Do I need to mix cooler water into the loop to prevent it from flashing to steam or is the fact that the loop is pressurized enough to keep it from flashing to steam due to the higher boiling point of pressurized water? Thanks in advance.
