Steam duct coil

I was wondering how to determine the capacity of a steam duct coil to determine boiler replacement.
I have a duct coil which measures 12 x 18 2 pass. This is installed in a vapor system which I thought a little unusual.
The existing boiler is grossly over sized as they have 4 burners blocked off.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If there's no better information
go by the size of the steam pipe feeding the coil. For example, an 1-1/2" pipe could serve up to 168 square feet. All Steamed Up, Inc.
