i have 2 questions.
1. the federal clean air act calls for the phase-out of HCFC-22 in accordance with? is it just me or is that worded really funky, because i do not understand that

i believe the 400 means the cyclinder is rated for 400 psi

Mineral oil is "used to be " in ACR now adays. So that's old stuff ! The HCFC class is generally a " blend",including r22, is an" Interim refrig" ?????Might need the oil to be changed, depending!0
