Plug removal from boiler

Feel a little silly posting this.. however does anyone have a simple solution to removal of a plug in a new Burnham Boiler?? Don't know why they don't put a nipple & cap to make life easier..!!

two sizes larger of a wrench
than you would use to install it if a 14" would work use a 24" if it calls for a 18" use a 36" or what Steamhead said.Cost is what you spend , value is what you get.

Is it a recessed type plug?
If so good luck,I`ve snapped breaker bars trying to get those things out and ended up having to drill and fillet the stupid things.
Complained to Burnham but to no avail.0 -
