Vanguard Vanex PEX question

Does anyone know if Vanguard Vanex PEX, the Red one, is an oxygen barrier or non barrier tubing.



I tried going to Vanguards web site, to no avail. They don't list it, and when you search, it doesn't even respond with "Not found".

    the one...

    that was an o2 barrier was shiny.
