which is better for baseboard heat(,3 zonse) and a zone for a indirect?

bypass of p/s piping
i picked the biasi boiler, its comming monday, along with circs and a aq251 controll should i do p/s or a bypass to keep the return temp up? is a bypass just a tee from the s to the r with a ball balve?
