Help with convector covers

You guys will know this...
We have a project at a dormitory and the existing millwork enclosure is being removed. The owner wants new convector covers. Just the cover, no sides. They will be 48" long, 28" high and 14" deep. There is a wall on one side and millwork on the other. The existing supply and return as well as some TV cable run in the existing enclosure so we don't want sides. Anyone know where I can find this?
A second part of the question; As a cost savings, the owner may want the enclosure made of the same millwork complete with registers and grille. I was concerned with outgassing but don't know...but I'll bet you guys do!
Thanks
