Heat under a freezer?

in THE MAIN WALL
How many BTUs/ foot do I need under a freezer kept at a consistant -10deg. F.?  4" of polystyrene under a 5" concrete pad. What water temp? Delta T?  I am talking a big freezer. 4400sq. foot. This is simply for frost prevention. Help.
