Is there any book that will give me the specs. for residential aquastats? Also can I use a RIB to switch on off a small taco circulator?

And yes, you can control a pump with a RIB. Perhaps more expensive, I prefer to use a relay specific for hydronic heating like a Taco SR501. The wiring is easy and the diagnostic lights make it simple to troubleshoot.
