Replace old heating pipes?

What pipes are these? The house was built in 1950s and have a hot water system. Is it worth the money to replace them?

Heating Pipes
Those are threaded iron pipes with Monoflow tees and copper runouts to the radiators. One of the pictures shows a galvanized runout through a wall.
As far as replacing the piping, read this thread first and come back if you have any more questions.
