oil pressure
Several possible caused here: clogged pump strainer, slipping or stripped motor coupling, bad motor, bad pump, etc, You need to do some troubleshooting.....you may have a bad gauge as well. What is happening to the flame when you see the fluctuation. IF the flame is steady and clean, try another gauge. IF it pulsates with pressure, you have a mechanical issue or an air leak in fuel line.

Electrode Replacement:
There was probably nothing wrong with your electrodes. You have a fuel delivery problem. You may have a clogged fuel filter. Did you change the filter and pump strainer? If the pump strainer is dirty, the fuel filter is worse. You need a Spin-On filter with a vacuum restriction gauge on it. You can't test one (pressure) without testing the other (Vacuum).0
