Oil: To bleed or not to bleed........

Annual tuneup, former company always would bleed oil line. (G115/21 with Riello 40 F3 wi Tigerloop, inside Roth Tank, all 4 years old.) New company's tech says 'we don't have to bleed, the Tigerloop does the equivalent.'

Tank filter 60 micron, garber spin at burner 10 micron. Vac gauge at garber reads 4 with burner running, around 2 when off, with Roth tank half full. Fill the tank and gauge goes down to 2 when burner running. OK, head pressure does that. Generally vac gauges only show red warning at about 8, so is 4 acceptable? Didn't used to be this high. Roth tank only 6ft from burner; line comes out of top of Roth down to floor the slightly up to burner/tiger loop. Doesn't seem like a lot of lift required here.

Based on the Wall and OTT, seems like a smart thing to flush lines at least once a year. I have to say even 60 micron filter was pretty clear after 10 months, element just a bit black. Pump strainer spotless. So either 4 is ok or if flushing could rule out a line obstruction, there could be problem with the intake in the tank which is not metal and sometimes known to react with oil and gunk up.

System runs nice and quiet with no more impingement since .5 60W installed....

Appreciate any thoughts on this.

Thanks.
