noisy W/M GO boiler

in THE MAIN WALL
Have had two service calls for a noise, get to jobsite to find GO boiler making a whistle/groan noise as boiler heating up. Doesn't seem to be air related. Any insight would be helpful.  Thanks.

    I would

    pull the top jacket off, and look at the top where the sections meet. Had some 68 series years back that would whistle thru a leaky "O" ring when it was heating up. You don't always see the leak
