Lennox G26 ACB continuous not working

Hello. I know winter's almost over, but my question has to do with getting the low speed fan to turn on(with no heat or A/C) when I switch the thermostat to "fan on". I have a wood air tite stove that I'm heating with and I'd like to switch the fan on to circulate some heat into the other areas of the house. I've read the instructions I have, but the fan just won't turn on low. Everything works fine if I flip the switch to heat and turn up the thermostat to say 70 and switch to "auto", but I want to save on propane for the rest of the season.
