It has cast bronze headers but the tag shows a h9 model. The Raypack site shows this as a hydronic heater not volume water heater is a HW model. More importantly were is the low water cut of probe. I cant find it in the manual I printed of the net and I took the covers of the headers on both ends and did not see it. It keeps tripping on low water cut off. I am assuming the probe needs to be cleaned but I cant find the thing. A better tech manual with a parts blow up would be nice but I cant find one on their site. also there is no way to save the file to your hard drive that I could see just a print option. I did this but I am trying to keep a laptop with every pdf I look up on the hard drive for reference. I figure eventually I will have a good reference library behind the seat. I thought that there is a program that is like a print driver that will transfer things like that to the desk top.
