Triangle Tube Challenger Combi

Any one get their hands one one of these yet?



From what I hear it is a combi type heat exchanger much like a Baxi Luna. It is aluminum

also. I would be concerned about the HX scaling with hard water,well water, treated water, etc.



Other than price point I wonder why they would add this when the Exceellence is a great product.

They Don't Make It

Its imported from another mfg in Europe. My understanding is that the mfg of this sold a few hundred thousand of them in Europe last year. Have seen it live. Has it's place. Volume condo projects and homes with very small dhw demand. Will only do 3gpm on the domestic on the biggest size. There are 3 different sizes. It's their anwser to the tankless mfgs that push combo dhw/heating at a less expensive price. This is atleast rated as a boiler and has a rated AFUE of 96%.

TT Challenger new boiler
