superheat
What application is this for? Ambient temps?I would lean towards an undercharged system or a restricted liquid line. What is the design freon and what freon is in the system? What are ur pressurers?0 -
Bad airflow?
I am with Techman, a little more information would help tremendously!
But a guess is a guess, check your airflow, bad capacitor on blower motor, bad bearing on small self contained, what ever would make your airflow inconsistant.

Gotta add a third to that guess.
I would start with airflow as well. That is the normal culprit with erratic superheat.
More info would help us narrow it down.0
