    That is too much...:)

I thought it was a parody, maybe it is?

I like the part about, "If you see an oil change special for $29.95, any 2 year old idiot knows that the special is for one car, not all the cars in your driveway!"

But I would be reluctant to do business with Mechanic's (sic), even though they seem to be having a good time with a difficult customer. It will be a miracle if they themselves do not get sued.

"If you do not know the answer, say, "I do not know the answer", and you will be correct!"

    confused.

I would think if i pay for you to "diagnose" my system that has insufficiant heat you would tell me why. Not tell me I have insufficiant heat and tell me I have to pay to "troubleshoot" also...Am I missing something?  I have no issue's with the charge for  two system's,

    Wow!

I wish I had the time to waste on crap like that! But it is funny and I have dealt with customers like that. Some of them deserve it, for sure. But who has the time and energy.

    I'm with you, Brad

I wouldn't hire a company that did something like that, even if I agreed that the customer was totally in the wrong, was a total jerk, slandered someone, and/or crossed over the line of decency.  That kind of response is an unprofessional and childish turn-off, in my opinion....better for our daydreams.....then shake your head and go about being a professional, and deal with these kinds of issues legally if they warrant that.

This guy needs to seek help...

Anyone who is infatuated with trying to defame his customers has a REAL deeply rooted psychological problem,

And his love for the BBB shines right through :-)

    Sad...
