in Oil Heating
My neighbor's new Crown (Kingston ?) oil furnace installed in their basement in causing a vibration hum in the structure of my home - we have adjoining brick houses. Would isolator pads under the boiler and between the piping and the boiler help to isolate the vibration noise? If so, what are some good brands?
Thank you.

Vibration Noise
Could not hurt, but is it the cause of the noise ? The best way to find the source I found is just hold and move different pipes and objects until the noise stops . Could be the oil line as well . Most likely it's a loose pipe just barely touching a beam or wall . Tends to act like a speaker .There was an error rendering this rich post.
