My friend wants to use a tankless water heater for ...
1. a single radiant floor loop
2. domestic hot water
3..provide a 180 degree small loop for a pasteurizing machine
This is a small goat cheese manufacturing setup
Tankless rep. says that this will be fine
Can you lead me to a piping diagram?
Do I need an exchanger for the domestic?

Certification and liabilities
A tankless water heater is not certified to be a radiant heating source nor a process source. It is certified only to provide domestic hot water. The Authority Having Jurisdiction would not accept such use and there would be all sorts of liabilty questions should and incident happen. Someone would be personaly liable in an incident. Find yourself a pro in heating and process field who is a licensed gas installer.
Pay a bit more now, to pay much less later!
