Hi Wallies,
We have to install a chimney vented unit heater in a rental apartment. It must be about 25,000 btus, chimney vented and use no electric. Any ideas or preferences? I found the Empire RH-25 that fits the bill, but wondering if anyone has other suggestions. Money is an object!
Thanks, Adam

With cost and operating perameters mentioned, the Empire is probably your best choice. Fits the job nicely. Not the most efficient unit but has installed tons of them over the years with good results.0
