I got my submittal . Downfired Blueray with 4 circs and a heat exchanger crammed in a space 22 inches wide by 34 inches in depth by 51 inches height . Welcome to a Levittown kitchen !

    Nice

I really think they could have put in two more circ's.

Looking forward to the after pictures. You guys always do a great job in those tight spaces.

    F.P.O.S.I.A.T.P.B. Award...

That'd be Five Pounds Of Sugar In A Two Pound Bag....

And you would win it hands down Ron.

    Thanks Shayne and Mark

Me and Kenny installed this one on one of the worst days of this season . Everywhere outside the front door was a sheet of ice . We started before 9 and wrapped up after 7 . Definitely not our best work , but we made it a little more serviceman friendly than the other system . Talked my supervisor into using 3 zone valves instead of circs . Had to reconnect 6 heating pipes , 4 domestic pipes and one drain pipe for the washing machine . Had little choice but to pump right into the expansion tank . Had the zones running and the pressure stayed a steady 18 psi . We shut the PRV down before leaving .

    DHW

Where is the DHW source in there?  and what boiler is that?

defninitely wins the FPOSIATPB in my book.

    nice work

If the tank position becomes an issue

I see a nice tee right before the circ you could always pipe to for an expansion tank. Nice neat and better than what you found. What else can you do in this weather.
Cost is what you spend , value is what you get.
