refurbishing old c/i radiators

Im from the central coast area of California and my question is does anyone have some advice on how to refurbish a leaky cast iron radiator? or another question do you know where i could possibly find old used ones, Im looking for a 5 tube corto style radiator the overall height is 26 5/8 any help locating one of these would be greatly appreciated thank you
