My cir. pump is connected on the supply side coming from a manifold, problem is even with it shut off I still get hot water by it. how do I correct this it has a built in flow check     taco #007IFC. thank you

  • Bad flow check?

    Remove the motor and impeller from the volute and look at the condition of the flow check.  Replace if necessary or install your own check valve on the outlet side of the pump.
    8.33 lbs./gal. x 60 min./hr. x 20°ΔT = 10,000 BTU's/hour
