How to calculate EDR on convectors?

I don't have regular radiators in my house but have these wall recessed steam heating convectors.



The system is old one-pipe steam with Weil-McLain E-8 series 3 boiler rated 613sqf for steam.



The house is finished basement and two floors,

basement heated with the main and 3 convectors, first floor has 8 different size convectors and second floor has 6 different size  convectors.



I am trying to figure out if my boiler is oversized and if that causing the short cycling after the pressuretrol stops it  after initial ling burn.
