Boiler's Fixed Differential Causing Short Cycling

I've got a Viessmann Vitola 200 V22 with a KW10 contol with outdoor reset.    Its firing for 3-4 minutes about 6x per hour, which seems crazy to me.  I can't find anything in the install manual suggesting settings/dip switches that would allow me to increase the differential.
