I have a Viessman Vitorond 200 boiler with a Vitotronic 200 KW2 that I bought in 2002.

It has one circuit with a mixing valve and one without. For years now it has had an intermittent problem starting. The blower will come on and It will blink the green / red lights on the front while making a relay clicking noise and trying to start. Sometimes it fires but just for a few seconds then it clicks again and shuts off and tries to start again. I have had the dealer out to look at it but it never acts up while they are here. One time years ago it did return a message saying to replace the controller but never again after that. I'm not sure if it is the controller or something else like a relay or bad draft.

When it is acting up if you put it in SERVICE mode it will fire and run. 

I then return it to run mode after a few Min. That will fix it for a day or so. 

Any ideas?
