What would be the best aquastat controller to use on a buffer tank that has a mod/con boiler driving it?

We used Tekmar
We used a Tekmar 261 to control two boilers and a buffer tank when a Taco SR502 or ZVC403 sent a boiler demand signal.
Unless I am mistaken, the use of an aquastat would mean the buffer tank constantly gets satisfied even when the zones arent calling.:NYplumber:0 -
you are correct...
Trying to wrap my head around the best controlling stategy... System has two zones. 1 w/ panel rads the other w/ Raupanel. 30 gallon buffer, and a Onex combi boiler.Trying to reduce the run time of the onex . Maybe I am missing the piont of the mod/con. ty,kpc0
