How much water can be lost from a bad air vent

I had a 200hp scotch marine boiler today that only heats an exchanger. Supt said he's feeding the boiler twice a day lately. No leaks anywhere except for 2 bad 75H vents on top of boiler. Can this boiler be losing 20+ gals daily through these 2 vents? BTW..boiler pushes 10psi steam 24/7.

can you change those vents, and see a difference in the water consumption?
could there be some loss in the h/e?--nbc0
