increasing humidity

In past threads, I saw a vessel for adding water that hung on steam radiators
to increase humidity in the room. A nicer alternative to putting a pot of water on top. Does anyone recall the resource?

My grandfather's house had steam heat.
Their radiators had humidifiers on the same principle as the ones in the pictures. But the little reservoir on his were the size of a large soup can (about double the size of Campbell's Tomato Soup), so they held more water than the one in the picture. Those had a piece of felt in the part inside the radiator that wicked water up to get more evaporation. I cannot recall if the felt touched the fins of the radiator or not, but I suppose it did. They did not drip on the floro, though. Main problem is they sometimes forgot to fill the things.0
