Converting a hot water baseboard to hw convector

Hi! I am planning to have our basement finished soon. We currently have a single hot water baseboard in the small section that's finished. I would like to expand the system so that the entire basement is heated. However, I cannot use a baseboard system as I would like to have closets and shelves line the perimeter. Is it possible to convert the hot water baseboard to a hot water convector system? We have something that looks like the Beacon Morris convectors on our main floor. I am wondering if such a system is still available. I have only seen baseboards around here(Long Island, NY). Or are there other options that will work in this situation?
