Water hammer issue
I have two zones valves on the 1st floor on 1 thermostat. One zone valve for the second floor on its own thermostat. When the second floor thermostat is satisfied there is a bad water hammer noise. There are two Erie zone valves and one Calleffi zone valve. The valves are all installed in the right direction or proper flow. It was recommended to me by our supply house to install a Calleffi pressure -bypass valve. What should I do.
