DPW199A QUIETSIDE DUAL UNIT

A customer wants to install a Quietside DPW199A dual unit for heating and domestic hot water. I know the unit has input up to 199.000 BTU but the contractor wanted to know how many BTU would be used for heating. I know this unit has priority for domestic hot water. I would use a condensing boiler like a TT Prestige boiler and Smart indirect water heater but the owner of the house bought it to flip it. The house is only 1000 Sq Ft. They will be using copper baseboard. Contractor did not do a heat loss yet. I will call Quietside tomorrow but does anyone have a answer tonight. Thanks Bob

Firing
It's a 199mbtuh boiler at 90% efficient, with the DHW efficiency via a exchanger at about 85% giving a EF rating about .82.
Bear in mind this is a Tankless heater platform boiler so for it hit 199,000 the DT of the S & R must be wide. Because of the 3/4" connections, the DT requirement and low flow capabilities, 99% of the time it must be piped primary/secondary.0
