How can I pipe a hot water zone off the domestic coil on a steam boiler, any help would be great.

You shouldn't.
There are better ways to do what you want.0 -
you will need to ....
treat it as a a separate entity. all the shutoffs, extrol tank, circulator, fill valve, relay, flanges, etc.
The domestic in will be the ret. and the dom. out the supply. How much baseboard?You only can do so much (prob. 25') and so far.The I presume that the domestic hot water for the house will now be from a diff. source.?0
