Polaris used for Radiant?

Does anyone have any experience using an American Water Heater Polaris for radiant and domestic hot water? The model I'm thinking about is the: PG10 34-100-2NV. They have given me only a 27" wide cubby hole for a boiler room. The building is only 400 sq. ft. but they want lots of domestic hot water. The original plan was to cram in a Prestige Excellence, but now I'm worried about the Prestige short cycling with the small radiant heat load, not to mention fitting the beast in there. Thanks for any insight.
