In case anyone needs to get in touch with Laars, I'm letting you know that we're experiencing trouble with our phone server.  Email is still working, so if you need someone at Laars please email me at "jmishou at laars dot com", or email the customer service group email, which is "orders at laars dot com" (these are both spelled out in case of spam bots, but I'm sure you all can figure it out.)
