sizing boiler with hot water radiators

in THE MAIN WALL
If someone out there can explain how to properly size a hot water boiler with Cast Iron radiators.  I know how to measure baseboard but not sure of how the formula works for radiators.  I have a proposal due please if you could explain to me Id appreciate it.

    BOILER SIZING

    You must do a heat loss calculation for the structure you are heating.  that will give you proper size data for heating boiler.    bob young  young plumbing inc. bklyn
