A few weeks ago the anti-condensing valve in EBP-110 unit was making a noise. A few days later heat was lost. If you used the manual over-ride switch, it would work for a while. I replaced the valve and it worked for 3 days, then during the night it failed. I manually opened it and it worked for the last 7 days, until last night it won't open, even with all zones calling for heat. All I did was touch the over-ride switch and it's working again. The unit just turned 4 years last week. Are the valves faulty or to weak to open all the way, or is something else causing this to happen? The unit is not showing any fault codes when this happens.
