Viessman Vitoflame 100 natural gas burner D1 faults

Having difficulty trouble shooting a D1 fault on a Viessman Vitoflame 100 natural gas chassis burner installed on a Viessman VG2-40 Vitola Boiler, replaced grounding elecrode,ignition electrode and ionization rod. still has lock out.Replaced gas valve still no solution. checked draft and micro-amps both fall within viessman specs. anybody have any ideas as to this continuing problem boiler has been installed for 5 years with no problems until two days ago.

    Do you have on the boiler? Is it an old Trimatik?
